    Alyssa, I have just started using Quinoa in the last couple of mouths and have had some amazing thing happening. My need for the candy bowl is gone. :) :) :). Unbelievable. I can’t tell you that in it’s self is so amazing. But then the next thing is weight loss. Not pounds falling off but wonderful meaningful pounds from not eating usless calories. But breakfast was my hardest meal, and now with your wonderful recipes I have something to look forward to in the morning….maybe lunch… :) Thank You… Linda
