Fall is officially in full swing, and Thanksgiving is just around the corner! With this in mind, today I thought I'd share 30 quick & easy vegan potluck recipes. Fall potlucks can sometimes be a bit difficult to navigate if you're someone who has diet restrictions. Luckily, all the recipes I'm sharing today are completely vegan, vegetarian, AND gluten-free! The best part? Your non-vegan co-workers, friends or family won't even be able to tell the difference!
