Wow. Can we just talk about how fast this summer has flown by? Seriously, it feels like I've been in a some sort of alternate reality where we move through time at lightening speed.

But sadly, the only thing we can do about it is cling on to the last glimpses of summer produce and get our minds in autumn mode. For many of you, that means kids are heading back to school and you're getting back on a regular work schedule again. It can be a busy time of year, so I wanted to pull together a few recipes to make things a little bit easier.
