  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup apple cider
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 large apple chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • Handful of ice cubes 6 - 7

Instructions

  1. Add the ingredients in the order listed to a high powered blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve immediately.
