  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon monk fruit extract or 2 - 3 tablespoons maple syrup/agave
  • Toppings: vegan whipped cream and crushed peppermint candies


  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth and serve immediately.*



* if you'd rather make this on the stove, simply whisk everything together in a small saucepan until heated through
