How to make Peach Chia Jam
Do you love peach chia jam? Our favorite recipe for peach chia jam which uses just 4 simple ingredients – peaches, chia seeds, cinnamon and honey!
Servings 8 servings
- 2 cups fresh or frozen peach slices
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Add the peaches into a saucepan. Turn to medium heat and begin to mash the fruit with a fork. Alternately, you can blitz the peaches in a blender first.
Once the peaches are mostly mashed, stir in the chia seeds, cinnamon and honey.
Allow the mixture to boil for 10 - 15 seconds, then remove from the heat.
Transfer into a glass jar and allow it to cool completely. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
