How to make Peach Chia Jam

Do you love peach chia jam? Our favorite recipe for peach chia jam which uses just 4 simple ingredients – peaches, chia seeds, cinnamon and honey!

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen peach slices
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


  • Add the peaches into a saucepan. Turn to medium heat and begin to mash the fruit with a fork. Alternately, you can blitz the peaches in a blender first.
  • Once the peaches are mostly mashed, stir in the chia seeds, cinnamon and honey.
  • Allow the mixture to boil for 10 - 15 seconds, then remove from the heat.
  • Transfer into a glass jar and allow it to cool completely. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
