This grilled corn and avocado salsa is a quick and easy dip recipe with fresh tomatoes, red onion and lime juice for dipping chips, topping salmon, and more.

Preheat the grill to medium-high. Peel and remove the silk from 2 ears of corn, then add it to the hot grill and grill for 2 - 3 minutes per side until it's charred and slightly soft.

Allow the corn to cool slightly then cut it off the cob and add it to the bowl.

Add two diced avocados, 2 cups of diced tomatoes, 1 diced medium onion, and a 1/2 cup of finely chopped cilantro to the bowl.

Add the juice of two limes, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, and salt and pepper to taste to the bowl.

Toss to combine.
