  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano
  • 1 teaspoon fresh/dried thyme
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 3 - 5 tablespoons water


  • Add all ingredients to a blender, starting with 3 tablespoons of water. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add more water 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
