  • 1 ripe mango removed from the pit and diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro I used about ½ a bunch
  • 1/2 - 1 jalapeno , diced (amount depending on your tolerance and the spicy of the pepper)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
