Honey Roasted Peanut Butter

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place peanuts on a baking sheet (I used the sheet that comes with my toaster oven). Drizzle honey on top of nuts and sprinkle with sea salt. Stir until the peanuts are coated.
  2. Toast the nuts for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a food processor and process on high until smooth and creamy. You might have to scrape the sides down as you go to help the nuts continue to blend.
  3. If the nuts don't get smooth, add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and blend again.
  4. Transfer to a glass container and store in a cool dark place.
