  • 2 cups spinach (or kale)
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint
  • 1 cup english cucumber
  • 1 cup frozen cantaloupe
  • 1/2 or whole banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • Ice as needed
  • Spash of water as needed for desired consistency


  • Add contents in a blender in the order of the recipe and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Garnish with mint and serve immediately.
