Herbed Smoked Salmon Spread with Roasted Red Peppers

A healthy smoked salmon spread that is dairy-free and made with roasted red peppers! Serve with your favorite crackers as an appetizer, or on a sandwich for a healthy dose of protein and flavor!

  • 8 oz. smoked salmon sugar-free if possible
  • 8 oz. dairy-free cream cheese* regular will also work
  • 2 - 3 roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill about 1 tablespoon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  • Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth and incorporated.
  • Taste, season with salt and pepper, and scoop into a serving dish.
  • Refrigerate for at least half an hour, and serve with crackers or vegetables.
