These Chocolate Strawberry Truffles are an amazing dessert to try! They're made using just 5 simple ingredients, are naturally vegan, gluten-free, and made without using any refined sugar.

  • Mix together almond butter and maple syrup until fully combined and smooth. Add cacao powder and coconut flour and stir until almond butter begins to thicken and turns into a dough.
  • Roll 1 tablespoon of dough into small balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat until no dough remains. Set aside.
  • Add the strawberries to a food processor (or blender) and blitz until they form a fine powder. Transfer powder to a small dish and roll each truffle in the strawberries until all sides are coated.
  • Place in the fridge for 1 – 2 hours to firm up. Enjoy straight from the fridge for a fudgy truffle bite!
