Chocolate Covered Strawberry Truffles
These Chocolate Strawberry Truffles are an amazing dessert to try! They're made using just 5 simple ingredients, are naturally vegan, gluten-free, and made without using any refined sugar.
Servings 20 truffles
Mix together almond butter and maple syrup until fully combined and smooth. Add cacao powder and coconut flour and stir until almond butter begins to thicken and turns into a dough.
Roll 1 tablespoon of dough into small balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat until no dough remains. Set aside.
Add the strawberries to a food processor (or blender) and blitz until they form a fine powder. Transfer powder to a small dish and roll each truffle in the strawberries until all sides are coated.
Place in the fridge for 1 – 2 hours to firm up. Enjoy straight from the fridge for a fudgy truffle bite!
