Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Almond butter cookies with chocolate chips are a healthy and super-soft treat that's gluten-free and refined sugar-free.
Servings 16 cookies
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Beat together the almond butter, syrup, egg and vanilla. Once smooth, beat in the flour, baking soda and salt.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet. Lightly flatten them with your hands.
Bake on the center rack for 10 - 11 minutes until the cookies are golden brown. Remove and allow to cool before digging in!
