Ingredients
1
medium
frozen banana
1
cup
liquid*
(see notes!)
Optional add-ins:
1
tablespoon
maple syrup or honey
½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
¼
teaspoon
cinnamon
Instructions
Add the banana and water to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Use immediately for best results!
Notes
For the traditional version: traditional korean banana milk uses cows milk, so if you want a rich, creamy banana milk, use that for your base.
For a vegan version, any other non-dairy milk will work. It's especially creamy with canned coconut milk!
For a nut-free version, use water.
