I'm probably a little biased when it comes to quinoa. And when I say probably a little, I really mean majorly enamored. I'm in love with the stuff.
As a self-proclaimed quinoa addict, I can't really imagine my life without this itty-bitty seed. It makes its way onto my plate on a daily basis and each time it brings a smile to my face. You might think that after all this time I'd be getting sick of it, but I'm hooked now more than ever before.
Because quinoa has had a profound impact on my life. Not only have I been able to create this place where I share my recipes with you, but I've also seen dramatic changes in my own health. And when I fall off the wagon, maybe put on a few pounds, quinoa is always there to help me rein back in and get back on track.
And my hope is that, no matter where you are in your health journey, quinoa can do the same for you.
