How to make a peach Mojito
Like a watermelon margarita, a peach mojito is a breeze to whip up and starts with a fruit purée. Here are the steps.
- Make the purée. Combine the rum, lime, peaches, and honey in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Assemble. Divide fresh mint leaves between your glasses. Use a muddler or a fork to muddle the mint in the bottom of the glass. Next, add ice to each glass and top it off with sparkling water.
- Add the purée. Pour the peach mixture into the glasses and garnish with extra mint and fresh peach wedges before serving.
Can I Make a Non-Alcoholic Mojito?
Yes. You can easily make peach mojitos alcohol-free by omitting the rum. You'll have a delicious, peachy, and fizzy drink for any time of day.

Tips for the Best Mojito
- Blender-free version. I like to blend the rum, lime, peaches, and sweetener in a blender for a smooth and thick texture. If you don't have a blender, you can mash the peaches by hand.
- Muddle the mint. Muddling releases the flavors so the mint infuses the drink. It's easiest to muddle the mint leaves with a muddler, but a mortar and pestle or even a fork will also work.
- Boost the flavor. If you like extra fruit flavor, you can use your favorite fruity sparkling water to finish the drinks.
