Happy Fall, my friends!
When it comes to cooking and eating quinoa, I think this is my favorite season. The autumn flavors and ingredients are the perfect pairing with this fluffy little seed. From roasted veggies, sweet squash varietals, warm spices and toasty nuts, there's almost no end to how you can make it.

Usually when I share round ups like this, I break them down by the type of dish. This time it's a little different – we're focusing on the ingredient!
