One of my absolute favorite things about quinoa is how easy it is to prepare. We've made our fair share of recipes together, and seen how versatile this little seed  can be, but today I wanted to focus on two things:

1) Easy

2) Speedy

Isn't it great when you can pull a delicious dinner together in under 30 minutes? Or when you want to whip up a fabulous gluten-free breakfast and only need to use 5 ingredients? We've done these all before, but these easy quinoa recipes have never been in the same place.

Today, rather than sharing a brand new recipe, I wanted to pull a list of my top 25 easy quinoa recipes. I'll continue to build on this post (or perhaps we'll post a series as the site continues to grow), but for those of us who are strapped on time and in need of simple recipes, here's an eclectic mix for you to choose from!
