Happy New Year! It can definitely be challenging to stay healthy and nourished during the holidays when you're constantly surrounded by indulgent treats. So for the new year, I'm super excited to get back into my normal routine and fuel my body with as much as good, nutrient-dense food as possible.

As I was searching for inspiration, I figured why not share my list with you? Not only are the recipes included here super healthy and nutritious, but they're easy peasy. Most of these recipes can be made in under 15 minutes, or they're meal-prep friendly so you have delicious meals ready to go all week long.

We've got 25 super easy & healthy recipes for you to get your new year off on the right foot! There are breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert (yep, sweet treats can be healthy too!) recipes so you feel healthy and energized at any time of the day. Many of these recipes are from SQ, but I've also included recipes from some of my favorite bloggers as well.
